Payment Terms
All invoices are to be paid in full by the 20th of the following month from the date of the invoice. All international orders must be paid prior to dispatch.

Ownership
All stock remains the sole property of Silk & Steel until full payment is made.

Stockist Approval
Stockists are selected at the discretion of Silk & Steel.

Cancellations and Returns
- Silk & Steel jewellery is made to order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Goods may not be returned unless faulty or by mutual agreement.

Faulty Goods
If any product does not meet our high standard of workmanship and is found to be faulty, we guarantee to fix, replace, or refund within 3 months of purchase. Please note that general wear and tear is not covered under this guarantee.

Insurance
All goods are insured by Silk & Steel prior to delivery and during transit only. Once the client has received the goods, any subsequent loss or damage incurred is the responsibility of the client.

Minimum Order Requirements
While we do not have a strict minimum order requirement, we ask new stockists to create a cohesive opening order to effectively showcase the brand. Re-orders can be in single units as needed.

Order Dispatch
- Orders from current collections are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Orders from upcoming collections, shown 2 to 3 months in advance, will be dispatched on the communicated date.

Shipping Charges
- A flat rate of $10 for shipping within New Zealand.
- A flat rate of $35 for shipping within Australia.

Packaging
- Superfine collection: White card and calico pouch.
- Steel range: Black calico pouches.
- Mainline collection: Black calico pouch and box.
- Care cards are included with all products.

Point-of-Sale Support
We provide point-of-sale display elements, including clear blocks, bases, stands, T-bars, and branding blocks. Customised displays can be designed upon request. Prices for blocks and bases are available on request, while branded elements are provided at no charge.

Marketing Support
We offer high-quality branding materials, including product images, campaign images, and videos for social media. Point-of-sale materials can be customised for your store. Contact us for more information.

Custom Orders
For custom ring sizes or other specific requirements, please contact us. We will assess feasibility, costs, and timeframes on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a warranty for faulty items. General wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. Detailed care guidelines are provided to help customers maintain their jewellery.

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we can place a backorder. For pieces from previous collections, please inquire about availability.

Re-ordering
Re-orders can be placed via our wholesale website or by emailing us directly. We will confirm the order and provide estimated arrival times for any backordered items.

Main Point of Contact
For wholesale reorders, your main points of contact will be Sarah Cleland in the studio. Sarah Cotterall will guide you through new collections and will also be at your disposal.
